The CB-DWT(3000) series is a high-performance dual wall heat-shrinkable tubing specially designed for automotive applications. With a 4:1 shrink ratio, it can cover a larger range of objects compared to standard 2:1 products. The outer layer is made of radiation cross-linked semi-rigid polyolefin, providing excellent mechanical strength and abrasion resistance. The inner layer consists of hot melt adhesive that melts during heating to provide superior sealing performance. The product is halogen-free and flame retardant, meeting RoHS 2.0 environmental standards. Its excellent oil resistance makes it particularly suitable for use inside automobiles, where it provides reliable insulation and protection for wiring harnesses and terminal connections.
