The GB/T ChaoJi High Power Oil-cooled Charging Connector implements China's ChaoJi standard (GB/T 20234.4-2023), the next-generation charging interface designed to succeed the current GB/T standard. ChaoJi offers improved compatibility, higher power capacity, and better user experience. This oil-cooled variant supports 500A/600A at 1000V with peak current up to 700A. The cooling system operates at 2.4kW with 2-6 LPM flow. Mating force is under 120N with ≥10,000 cycle life. Protection rating is IP55 when mated and IP67 for the internal cavity.
