The MCS High Power Oil-cooled Charging Connector is designed for the emerging Megawatt Charging System standard (IEC TS 63379-2026), enabling charging power levels exceeding 1MW for heavy-duty commercial vehicles. With a rated voltage of 1500V and rated current of 1500A (peak 1600A), it represents the cutting edge of EV charging technology. The oil cooling system requires 4.5kW with 2-6 LPM flow. Notably, the mating force is kept under 100N despite the extreme power capacity. Protection rating is IP55 when mated and IP67 for the internal cavity.
