The GB/T Small Form Factor with High Power Oil-cooled Charging Connector combines compact design with high-power oil cooling technology. With a 1500V DC rated voltage and current options from 400A to 600A, it delivers substantial power in a reduced footprint. The product features a 4000V AC withstand voltage and peak current capability up to 700A. The oil cooling system operates at 2.4kW with 2-6 LPM coolant flow, maintaining terminal temperature at 90°C. Maximum allowable pressure is 0.6 Mpa. Protection rating is IP55 when mated and IP67 for the internal cavity. Certified to GB/T 20234.3-2023 and CQC standards.
