The GB/T W-IV High Power Water-cooled series is Woer New Energy's high-power water-cooled DC charging connector, utilizing water cooling heat dissipation to effectively manage heat generated during high-current charging. The product supports 1000V/1500V DC rated voltage with current options from 400A to 600A, and peak current up to 700A. Withstand voltage rating is 3500V/4000V AC, insulation resistance ≥500MΩ. The cooling system requires 1.5kW power with 1-3 LPM coolant flow. Terminal maximum working temperature is 90°C, maximum allowable pressure 0.3 Mpa. Protection rating reaches IP67 for the internal cavity and IP55 when mated. Certified to GB/T 20234.3-2023 and CQC standards, suitable for high-power fast charging stations and commercial vehicle charging scenarios.
