The GB/T W-IV High Power Oil-cooled series is Woer New Energy's high-power oil-cooled DC charging connector, utilizing advanced oil cooling heat dissipation technology to effectively solve temperature rise issues during high-current charging. The product supports 1000V/1500V DC rated voltage with current options from 400A to 800A, and peak current up to 1000A. Withstand voltage rating is 3500V/4000V AC, insulation resistance ≥500MΩ. The cooling system requires 2.4kW power with 2-6 LPM coolant flow. Terminal maximum working temperature is 90°C, maximum allowable pressure 0.6 Mpa. Protection rating reaches IP67 for the internal cavity and IP55 when mated. Certified to GB/T 20234.3-2023 and CQC standards, suitable for megawatt-level super fast charging stations and heavy-duty truck fast charging scenarios.
