The GB/T W-III series represents Woer New Energy's third-generation Chinese standard DC charging connector, featuring comprehensive upgrades over the W-II. The independent sealed waterproof design achieves IP67 rating, exceeding the national standard requirement of IP54. The emergency unlock adopts a spring button mechanism, eliminating issues with lost keys and broken pull cords found in traditional designs. The split-type locking hook allows smooth insertion without pressing the hook, preventing deformation. Temperature rise is effectively controlled through an extended crimping cup (4mm longer than typical market products), temperature sensors fixed at cable stripping positions, and radial screw-fixed terminals. The optimized external dimensions ensure compatibility with charging ports of various EV brands in the market.
